Report at the base camp at Kasol on your own and complete the registration process. Attend an orientation session to be given by the chief organizer/guide which will cover the information like rucksack packing, marching/walking technique and general awareness about the trek route. If time permits, you can visit the local sights and enjoy its food and culture. Comfortable stay is arranged at Kasol(5180 ft) either in tents or wooden houses based on availability.
The day starts off with a jeep ride from Kasol towards Tosh village. After a discreet rest session at Tosh, participants start their trek to Buddhaban. This beautifully marked trail provides an impressive sight of the Parvati Valley’s Dam. The convergence of the Tosh and Parvati River forms this basin. Follow the furious Tosh River as it flows deep into the pine forests, till you reach beautiful springs and colossal rocks that will mark your arrival in Buddhaban. Tents will be set up at Buddhaban(7700 ft) for a comfortable overnight stay. (9 km, 6 hrs)
Kickstart early in the morning with a delicious breakfast at the camp and begin ascend from Buddhaban through the scenic tree lines. On the way to Sharam Thach, Participants will be trekking alongside the Tosh River and may come across waterfalls gushing down the mountain slopes. Trekking further, participants will reach a stone bridge, upon crossing which they will reach the designated campsite. A cozy overnight stay is arranged in tents.
Trekkers are going to start off through beautiful blotches of snow early morning. The slender path here may seem challenging, but once the initial climb is over, the rest of the trail will be enhanced. Then the descend begins to reach Shamshi Thach, which is perfectly in the center of the valley. Tents are pitched at Shamshi Thach and participants are advised to sleep early to compensate for the next day’s early start.
After the usual morning routine trekkers get ready for the exploration of the Tosh Valley which is followed by a trek towards the Animal Pass lake. The trek takes around 5 to 6 hours which offers a great view of the snow clad peaks of Papsura, Dharamsura and Devachan. Participants trek little further to have the mesmerizing view of the Deo Tibba Range.
Participants start early on the last day. Though it’s a long day, Its an easy downhill trail to Buddhaban. Participants will trek back to Barsheni Village where they can either take a transport to Bhuntar or stay in Barsheni for complete relaxation.
After few farewell speeches and gossips, participants have breakfast and say cheese for a quick photo shoot. Arrangements are made for the checkout.

ID Proof, YATA-India booking receipt, original medical certificate stating your fitness & two passports sized photographs are a must to enter the Base Camp. Without these documents, participants will not be allowed to proceed further at the Base Camp.
