It is not necessary to have a printed copy of the reciept. However, we require that you produce your YATA-India membership card which serves as an ID proof and also the Order# matching your booking that is immediately emailed to you after you make your reservation.
No, we do not charge any extra fees, no hidden cost. The listed price is the price you pay, including tax. There might be places where you have to pay the forest entry fee to reach the base camp. But this will be reimbursed later when you report at the base camp and produce the receipt of the forest entry fee paid along with your YATA-India membership Card.

We would soon after guide you on the offline booking process, where in you will have to opt for either a Direct Bank Transfer or cash payment at one of our head/branch offices.

Yes you can book the trek by uploading your ID/Address proof and your passport sized photo for verification but you will have to apply for a membership and produce the Membership card at the place of reporting.
A good trekking shoe, raincoat and one pair of thermal inner-wear are necessary items for any trek. Apart from these do bring Woolen clothes/Woolen cap/Jackets/Wind-cheater, Socks(3-4 pairs), Thermal wear(1-2 pairs), Trekking shoes(should have ankle support, good grip and water proof), Snow gloves/normal gloves, Sun glasses/goggles, Lunch box, water bottle, spoon, Personal medication, Raincoat, Torch and batteries and a sturdy Rucksack bag.
Your YATA-India Membership card, your medical fitness certificate and two passport sized photos are what you need to produce at the reporting camp. At times, an ID/address proof verification may be required. So do make sure to get a copy of a valid ID/Address proof along with you as well.
We do trek in the rain, snow, wind and any other weather conditions that nature decides to throw at us. After all, we’re going on adventures! If the weather is unsafe for any reason, the trip will be changed or postponed. You will be notified the week of your trip if there are changes due to weather.
